The Washington Boulevard Project is located in the City of Commerce. Washington Boulevard as part of the Gateway Cities region, serves as a major east-west corridor that passes through the City of Commerce. The project is locally and regionally significant due to it being a key link in the regional movement of goods from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to the terminals of the Union Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railways.
Construction Manager: Transtech Engineers, Inc.
Transtech Engineers, Inc. is the construction manager of the Washington Boulevard Project. The Transtech team is highly experienced bringing over 30 years of experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Roadway design in similar projects including major roadway constructions, bridge projects, and convention centers throughout United States and within Los Angeles County.
Contractor: Sully Miller Contracting, Co.
Sully-Miller Contracting Co. serves as the contractor for the Washington Boulevard Project. Sully-Miller Contracting Co. is one of the premier road and highway contractors as well as rail & intermodal, seaport, airport, federal/military and specialty contractors in Southern California. With an emphasis on Project Management, Sully-Miller self-performs over 50 percent of the work on all contracts and is a highly capable partner bringing many years of experience to the Project team.
Design Engineer: RBF Consulting
RBF Consulting serves as the design engineer of the Washington Boulevard Project and has extensive experience in civil design and planning working with public and governmental agencies, the development community, private enterprise, non-profit organizations and colleague firms.
